My Advice

Take advantage of all the wonderful, fresh vegetables and fruits in your garden or at the Farmer's Market.  These foods are rich in nutrients and can be quite tasty.  My new favorite recipe is homemade pizza with carmelized onions, sauteed fresh tomatoes and spinach, basil, and topped with goat cheese and mozzarella (no sauce).  Yum!
