Hatha yoga is relatively gentle and slow – a more relaxed style of yoga and one we practice at
Transition into Wellness. We also work to strengthen the body, but our main focus is to learn how to listen to the needs of our bodies and to learn how to use the breath,
not only for yoga poses, but as a life skill.
I offer two choices of online group classes on Thursdays. Feel free to email for a link for Zoom and for payment information (I accept cash, checks, PayPal or Venmo.)

Thursday Adaptive Yoga
2:30 - 3:30 pm
There are times in our lives when our body doesn't move the way we would like it to. During those times we need to look for ways to help us in quieting the mind while gently stretching and strengthening the body. This practice is done mainly on chairs. It is appropriate for those who want a more gentle class.
